Former TV News Anchor Arrested

This is so sad, I wondered what happened to him. Now I do wonder was his possible drug use and issue when he was reporting the news? what has he been doing since he left? I just hope he can get the help he needs to get back on track.

Warren, please get some help! we know you were burned out, but you cannot go out like you did. Man I looked up to you. Don't let us down.

For a while now we've been wondering what the heck happened to him. I watch..well listen every morning while getting ready for work and all of a sudden, he just wasn't there anymore.
So very sad...

My heart goes out to Warren, and aches for him...please pray for him during this very vulnerable time of his precious life!

I’m sick at the thought that anyone feels sorry for Warren. If you knew that he was nothing more than a past CRACK HEAD, RAPIST, militant individual who happily took advantage of his so called “good deeds” and extra time with students. All the people that have commented that he is great and they miss him are clueless on who this man really is. He never liked or cared about his job or his position or any of you. I only wish his mug shot would have shown him with his mouth open and false teeth out, that would have been true justice. I think he got exactly what he deserved because karma will get you sooner or later. AMEN!!!

Thank GOd for not appointing people like KARMA as judge. Warren and those like him need help.I hope that he get the needed help he needs.

Mr. Savage is getting help and not prision time. I think that is a good thing. We don't know what happened and we never will, really. Just know that i keep you and your family in my prayers, and i hope that everything works out fine. They are other people in the world that are doing worse things, some we know about and some we dont, and never will either. Please hope Mr. Savage gets the help he needs. And another thing, at least he was man enough to ask for help.

Poor Warren...crash and burn like the Hindenburg...but I never knew he wore a toupee. Oh and the only reason he was ''man enough to ask for help'' was because he got busted and didnt want to go to jail. But at least we all know now the reason he just failed to show up one morning, just couldnt get up that early after yet another crack binge... .

I still miss Warren Savage and sincerely hope that he will get the help he needs to get his life back on track. And Karma, before you post allegations of rape and crack use, you had better quote some damn reliable sources!

I knew nothing of Warren's past and only knew him as the face on the news. Therefore my opinion is unbiased.
Whenever I watched I got the impression that he was bored and his mind was somewhere else. He rarely smiled and seemed indifferent to Pam, as well as viewers. Nevertheless, I noticed his disappearance and decided just today to do some research. I am disappointed that drugs have played a part in his departure from WSB and hope that he is getting the help he needs. Perhaps it is time for a new career, as well.

I love you man... and will keep you in my prayers. Warren is a great guy who is human... He has given a lot to others in terms of motivation and just an all around mentorship. When you ride high everyone loves you. I love and support Warren and I know that with God's help he will get back to where he wants and needs to be.

I hope and pray that Warren Savage will overcome all of this! I didn't know anything about his past either,but I did watch him on the news every morning while getting ready to go to work,and I always thought that he had his head on straight,but for those of us that are still living in the real world,we know that(pressure will bust an iron pipe)! Something like this can happen to any of us,considering the times that we are living in,but Warren has to stay strong and keep faith in God and with good people behind him,he will overcome! So for all the Positive people that sticking behind him on this,continue to do so! And for all the negative people and your comments,you are entilted to say whatever you want,because you have to be heard as well,but just keep in mind that negative thoughts don't matter!
