Oh yes, we also have

An Attorney General who recommended pardoning a major money launderer, then claims "Oh yeah. That wasn't one of my best decisions. Oops"

The head of the CIA who doesn't know his ass from a listening device.

Man, you can spin better then a top. You can disagree. Its a free country. Obama is taking action. Some policies will work. Some won't. But just like the Florida lottery, "You gotta play to win."

America was sinking fast under the last Administration and many Americans are confident that President Obama is capable of righting the ship.

I guess we shall see who is right. Best of luck with that.

With some 18 month timeframe that is subject to the input from the Iraqi's and the US military command.

Overseas options. Hummm, outsourcing jobs already ?

Again, death for the US auto makers. But we don't need em anyway, we can all buy foreign cars.

More short term jobs, less long term economic growth. More pork. Even Congressional Democrats are starting to balk. Birth control for poor minorities. That economic stimluas for ya. lol.

Let's see,
Appoints a tax cheat and liar to head up the US Treasury.
Signs an executive order saying no lobbyists and two days later appoints a lobbyist to head up the Defense Department.
Picks a Secretary of State who claims she was dupped into agreeing to an illegal war by a bumbbling fool. Yeah, she'll be able to get the truth from leaders who despise woman and will have them all singing the praises of the US in 6 months.
Cjhooses to have his first offical news conference with a foreign media outlet. There's showing support for the home team (especially seeing as how they were responsible for hiding the truth and getting him elected.)

South Florida will be better off when the people like YOU leave. The diversity of South Florida is one of our greatest assets. Its a shame you are so ignorant. Would New York be as great a city without the immigrants that built that city over the last decade?
South Florida has changed over the years. No doubt. Being born and raised here I have definately seen major changes in the landscape, people and culture. But adding some spice to the white bread vanilla culture that dominated Broward for years IS A GOOD THING! I live Davie today in a affluent area with young families from all backgrounds. When I was a kid growing up here, Davie was nothing but redneck trash in pick ups trying to out do the next guy with a bigger and better confederate flag.
Its called progress. If you miss the redneck confederate flag lifestyle, move to rural Georgia. They are still 25 years behind us.

Another disgusting, self-hating white, no doubt. I love how it's perfectly acceptable to find fault with "whiteness" (white bread, vanilla, etc.) but mention that New Orleans, say could use a little vanilla with it's chocolate or salt in it's pepper shaker and you'd be racist. What made you hate yourself and your people?

Sawgrass Mills was built in the boonies because of the trend to build outlet malls far away from everything else, which is a nice idea to keep up property values. But what about the BankAtlantic Center (Broward County Civic Center when it was constructed)? What a horrible location! Last time I checked, arenas are built downtown or near high-density development. Not at the edge of the damn Everglades. Take the American Airlines Area, for example. It's a beautifully planned complex, not surrounded by a parking lot and discount mall that caters to convicted felons who speak absolutely no English. Sure Miami has a crumbling inner city and too many government-sucking immigrants, but that's because asshole Clinton-loving developers in the late nineties decided it would be a GREAT idea to build an area out there for ALL cultural and money-making events to be scheduled to. It makes me furious to be band tour t-shirts with big cities like Baltimore and Los Angeles, but "Sunrise"? Who the fuck cares about Sunrise??? If they're going to demolish Tao, demolish the BA Center, and every other misplaced facility and bring them to Downtown Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Miami.

I bet the sunsets are great from the POV looking over the glades, watching the ducks fly out at night with a cold one wouldn't be too bad.....

You may get your wish... I understand one of the towers in sinking. Yes, painters noticed that all the doors in the building would not close, the surveyors figured out that the building was leaning. The painting contractor pulled out of the job, not wanting to subject the union painters to "hazardous conditions."

Looks like a development company bought out all the available units for dirt cheap. They are now renting them a luxury apartments.

Renting is up now so that was a nice opportunity for whoever bought out all those units lol

LOL-- I drive by these things regularly on the way to my mother's house and man, are they an eye sore. My wife and I having been wondering when they would open. LOL.
And then there's Artesia just across the way-- half started and still incomplete all these years later. I remember when they "offered" a once in a lifetime "chance" at their 2/2 condos for $399k. Today people are dumping them at $199k. And that's STILL too high. LOL.
Maybe your just upset you can't afford living in artesia. Sad

My husband and I made the mistake of a lifetime moving into tao. To sum up the staff and management of this condo you only need a few words: incompetence at its best. Someone decided to go toy around in the electrical room one night and turned off our power. My husband and I got home to find the power was off but hmmmm... The rest of the units and building had power. First we called FPL, they were just as confused as we were. That's when we decided to go downstairs and speak with the front desk. After carefully explaining our situation and asking if they could open the building's electrical room to reset the main breaker for our unit, it was passed off from person to person until some security guard on his high horse came to tell us that since it was a Saturday we would have to wait until monday because the person who has the "keys" to the electrical room wasn't working until then. WTF?!! Anyways we lost thousands of dollars in food and had to live in the dark for 2 days. These people make you feel like a stranger in your own home. We are moving out this month. Yeah our condo is stunning, but we're taking our couple thousand dollars we spend on rent every month somewhere else. And so should you.

Today's Full Moon, a Lunar Eclipse, will have a big impact on your relationships during the next few months, so stand by.
