By this logic, always a "Federal issue" Then because it is a federal crime to sell or possess marijuana,Federal tax act 1937, all states, counties, and city laws are not enforceable.
If someone takes a child across a state line for pornographic purposes only feds can arrest them.

Are new illegal immigrant laws still issue? or not yet? I just want to know

Arizona was first, followed by Georgia & Oklahoma and soon Kansas and Indiana. These states have enacted strict employer saction immigration laws. Illegal aliens are fleeing these states and giving back jobs to permanent residence and citizen workers. They are heading for moderate states, until they find their State & County treasuries are being depleted?

Whether its the wrecking of the border fence law, or the near bankruptcy of California that relates to the 12 to 20 million illegal aliens occupying our country? We must realize that it is the traitors amongst us, that have brought America to a cataclysmic abyss. I personally have just learned that the highlight, controversial Proposition 187, that would have denied education, health care, social services to all illegal foreign nationals, was dismissed by the superior court. However, the people were intentionally manipulated to stop the Prop 187, from progressing any further.
