Obviously none of you know Andrew Cummins. Lets just say that prior to the laptop incident which was proven to be stolen out of that womans car, he was currently being investigated for having sexual relations with a minor in the city of pineville.....And yet no one could prove it even though the girl came in and informed everyone of it...This guy is sick and my question is.... if that laptop was proven to be the woman's who was pulled over and arrested, how could he have bought it from a rummage sale or something. Andrew stole the item and he also had sex with a minor the guy ought to be hung, strung, and shot...Peace Out!

This is just the kind of Officer that get's kicked around McDonald County. He has had so many questionable events against him that he should have been kicked out of the area. The new Sheriff was considering hiring him at one point. That ought to tell you something right there. Theifs and crooks in law enforcement in McDonald County. That's just the way of life. they need a real flushing. Actually flush twice to send the turds out of state.

Andrew Cummings is one of the biggest supporters of the new sheriff Rob Evenson. He and Brian Massa are both his big supporters and they are both charged with crimes right now as we speak. Rob used them to do his dirty work so he doesn't look bad. Brian and ndrew have both been spending time at the sheriff's office within the last 2 days. Sweep it under the rug is there moto. ITS SAD. Also Brian is Rob's Chief Deputy son-in-law. WOW...

He harassed me and my family numerous times. He raced around the courthouse and past the school, in a school zone, fast enough to catch up with me when I was 4 blocks ahead of him... just so he could tail me a half mile and turn on the lights when I did not use a turn signal pulling into my driveway.

Ya all know how when you are heading north on 71, across the bridge, and ya turn right into town.. that turn lane is a yield, not a stop unless traffic is coming right? He pulled my wife over and harassed her, threatening to give her a ticket if he saw her go around that corner again without stopping when the light is red.

He is a complete dickhead. Glad to see they got him on something, I knew that asshole was crooked.

two things-first, brian massa is not married, so i guess he is not the chief deputys son in law. know stuff before you say it, it keeps arguments down.

second-dont just say in general that the sheriffs office is corrupt, there are a lot of good officers down there.

and "pineville", just fyi, the yield sign at 71 and w, does not mean you dont have to stop for the red light, it means you need to yield to any other traffic, even when you have a green light, to help avoid an accident. the yield sign was put in by the city, the traffic light is put in by state. the state law requires that you stop at a red light, but may proceed to make a righ hand turn if safe. and you have a wonderful understanding of the english language, must we use profanities?

BTW, nooneimportant, I happen to live in Pineville, and that turn lane that guy is referring to is not in front of the stop light, it is the next lane over, and thus the yield sign is applicable and hte stop light is not. If no traffic is coming thru the intersection, then there is no legal requirement to stop before turning, regardless of what the stop light says. Whether traffic is present or not, the stop light is irrelevant and the yield sign (and applicable yield sign rules) applies to that lane.

One last note. As far as someone's comment about corrupt officers in Mac County Sheriffs office... there are good ones and bad ones. Most of the current crop are pretty good guys, and have been both helpful and respectful when I have had reason to cross paths with them. There may be a couple bad eggs, but it is nowhere near as bad as it has been in the past, back when Lou Keeling and Don Schlessman had it. Friggin Greg Sweeten was a joke. That cretin got busted from the force in Oklahoma for commiting a felony, lying in a search warrant affidavit... it is not even disputable, he CONFESSED to it (had to in order to get his plea deal and not be prosecuted). Only reason he was not prosecuted is he turned states evidence on some other cops who were also corrupt. We do not need scumbags on the force like that. Good riddance to bad trash.

I am not mad at all, but I do despise corrupt cops. On the scumbag scale, they rank right up there with pedophiles as far as I am concerned. They abuse their entrusted power to victimize those without power, and then hide behind their badge.

I have no problem with our current crop of pineville officers, especially Becky who is not only a competant officer, but a very polite, friendly person as well. Bill Rataczek (sp?) seems to be one of the good guys as well.

If it is at an intersection with a traffic light, you are to obey the traffic light, regardless of how much traffic is in the intersection. The yield is so you know to yield to traffic when light is green. It is a stupid sign that is not required. But luckily, if you live in pineville you can do what ever you want, as long as you know the police chief or his people.
