More people die from addiction to legal drugs than illegal drugs, so the fact that she didn't have street drugs in her room is meaningless. All the witness reports say they saw her drinking heaviliy in the days leading up to her death. They found multiple bottles of prescription drugs in her room. Combined with her known history, I would say it's a safe bet drugs and alcohol contributed to her death. You are right in that the toxicology report is not finished, so feel free to run from the truth until that happens. ;)
