I don't know about anyone else here, but everytime i turn around they are making up excuses for O'Bama's poor judgement, and screwed up plans for policy.....!!!

The junior Senator with ZERO experience at running ANYTHING? Never ran a business. Never hired/fired anyone. Never made a payroll.

The Halfrican got elected by the liberals and moderates that had a wet dream that somehow his election would finally put an end to racism in America.

So how's that HOPE and CHANGE working out for ya' fools?

I can't believe we elected a muslim after 911, it almost seems like we are sabotaging ourselves.......?

And with the hispanic/latino vote now becoming the next ' NEW ' minority in this country, the act of putting Sotomayer on the Supreme Court will prove good fodder for those ' single issue ' voters to fall in line with the democrats in the future.

And getting ahead at the expense of their co-workers, it is a jungle out there!!! If you have a good job with benefits, you cant even think about quitting in this economy,and I still think it started with 911.......Kind of a trikle down. I have been going to MOM and POP stores as much as I can, as I know they will b taxed the worse, and no one can afford benefits if they are opening a business. That is what really sucks, the problem then becomes the state's....and people don't have preventive medical care as much, so they get sick more.....etc......

No, I did not and would never vote for him. And I should of because of my husbands' job, with the NATCA union.......but I just couldn't. Now I am glad........

"AJS", you mention medical care and that seems to be a hot topic today. If anyone would care to check, we already have Government run health care. It's called the V.A. To anyone who thinks the Feds would do a better job at caring for yourself, parents or children, go talk to a veteran and see how the existing Gov. run is working out for them. Just an observation.

I know the health care system inside and out, I was a nurse, remember??? All children should b recieving health and dental care free......I don't care if we have to pay more taxes, that should b mandatory, but that is my opinion. Adults, well that is a problem, as 40% of adults have no health care, so if they have surgery it just puts the bill on the hospital, and raises prices, but in the meantime, this persons' credit is ruined because they don't have an extra $20,000 sitting around in case they need surgery, and if you want to really know why medical expenses/insurance companies went up, it was the out of control AIDS epidemic, which is rounding out at about 2 million dollars a patient. These people can't pay...and it goes on and on, that is why there should b a better system. It is the trickling down effect of these problems causing the decline in health care coverage.

In my humble opinion (and this time I'm not just trying to get a rise out of you), what you are discribing are just symptoms of the illness.
What Washington is trying pull is like saying to a patient, I can cure the sickness, but only if I replace it with a worse one.
I will explain it this way, the other day a friend and I were discussing these things. He mentioned that people were just tired of Bush. To this I agreed (as I was one of them). To make my point, I concluded by pointing out that even though jock itch is not desired, it is preferable to the clap.
There are some town hall meetings coming up, please show up and join me in a rousing chours of "Hail to the Thief". This is our country, if we don't take it back, what happens next is our fault.
