Nitro Mayor Dave Casebolt must have a severe case of little man syndrome. He is now dictating when a police officer can or can not take a vacation. This is unprecedented. No police department in the valley. With the exception of maybe Dunbar does this. No Mayor usurps the authority of the Chief. How does it feel to have no authority Brian? You are seriously making yourself into a joke. And what were you doing supervising three other officers at the High School? You are truly a much smaller man than Casebolt if that is possible.

Doesn't the police chief have enough sense to know that he would have too many officers on vacation at one time. Sounds like Casebolt has no confidence in Oxley to handle basic administrative duties.
