I’d like to give a standing ovation to Sherrie Nuyen Kariotis for not entering this skirmish, and for handling herself with decorum at tonight’s meeting.
I also hope you seek out all legal remedies available to you on both Torri and Director Barrett.
I’ve seen and heard some things out of the Director’s mouth that I’d like to sit down and speak to you about.
Director Barrett is wrong and Torri is as well when it comes to you. I think it has to do with fear on their part, and that has turned them into the cruel and heartless people they are I’m my so humble opinion. They need to remember that are not God.
What scares me the most is that Director Barrett is destroying our Community with his message, maybe it’s time the Community gives Director Barrett a message of its own.

How can you collaborate with someone who has a malicious attitude in every thing he does? Director Barrett has declared here, just as he did at last nights SCSD meeting that he doesn't intend to discontinue his behavior towards the SCSD or anyone that will take a position opposed to how he's acting or what he's doing. He has singled out Sherrie Nuyen Kariotis as her position on what he’s doing to the Community whilst using his title of SCSD Director is erroneous. He was told by the District’s Attorney Bob Paterson as well as the rest of the SCSD Board that he’s not a SCSD Director on this forum, and that he’s not an official spokesperson for the SCSD unless he’s been selected by the Board to do so, he was told not to use SCSD Director Barrett or AKA SCSD Director Barrett and that if he sustained the behavior the SCSD Board would execute what they could lawfully to stop his exploitation of title and invective towards residents of the Community.
If you’d like to see the Resolution that the Board passed censuring SCSD Director Barrett call the District office.

The Community needs a sane voice, and last night I saw that in Jerry Medders.

I see how your perspective on Christian beliefs has enlightened your mind and soul. America is founded on diversity of religion. You’d be very surprised how many people in resent events you’ve covered are not Christian, even to how many you’ve hugged recently. Illegal Sewer Maintenance User Fee increase (did not get 2/3rd vote of the Board).

Illegal Fire Department/Street Lighting Impact Fee imposed (No legal Land-use authority to impose impact fees.

Channel Maintenance Fees illegally assessed (exceeded $10/year maximum unless maintenance done in previous years was greater than total of all $10's collected.

Public works bidding regulations violated on projects totaling over $25,000 (interim sewer pond.

SCSD Field Workers subjected to deadly ditch work in violation of OSHA.(ditches were occupied without proper shoring or tapering)

Firefighters terminated for enforcing SCSD Fire Code (In violation of the SCSD Fire Department Policy Manual and State Whistleblower Statutes).

And Director Barrett is the "bad guy" for bringing these issues to the public’s attention?

This certainly is the Psycho Ward!
