First, you didn't answer my question. I didn't ask what he wasn't in prison for. Please answer the question straightforwardly.
Second, all you have posted is lengthy diatribes that may or may not be wholly concocted by you. If you really want to impress someone with your evidence, why don't you scan the letters and documents that you have and then post them on a website. You could put the link to that website on here instead of useless links to various state agencies.

Thank you. It only took you three posts to do it after being asked for the second time but thanks. Your stereotyping attitude, that because someone is interested in why they were in prison means they condone what happens inside, doesn't help your cause very much. In fact it just makes people want to ignore you.
No, I don't want you to post the receipts or the letters from witnesses, at least not the way you have been. Anyone could have written those things. Scan the originals, put them on a website (myspace or something), and post that link so people can see the actual document. If you care as much as you say you do then this should pose no problem at all.

To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to report that David Rabi Inmate # 54385-054, who is being housed in the F-4 Unit of the FMC Lexington 3301 Leestown Road, Lexington, KY 40511 is not receiving proper medical care. If Mr. Rabi falls into a coma and/or dies, I want the FBI to investigate Mr. Rabi’s death as a homicide and his case reported as a Civil Rights Violation.
Mr. Rabi is 73 years old and suffers from emphysema. In early October Mr. Rabi became ill – Despite numerous requests by Rabi and myself in writing and by phone (see attached) The FMC Lexington, continues to provide contrary information about Mr. Rabi’s medical condition. The staff is reporting his condition to be stable when in fact Mr. Rabi is in significant pain and his medical condition is continuing to decline.
My signed affidavit (attached) confirms my belief that Mr. Rabi is seriously ill and that he is not receiving the medical care he needs to stay alive. Phone transcripts can prove that Rabi was seriously ill during the last week of October and that he made several calls to me for help. The phone records will also prove that Rabi was so weak the officer had to make the calls on his behalf to me. The phone records indicate that the officer was aware of the cover up of Rabi’s condition. I believe the Officer was truly trying to help Rabi call for outside help. I asked the officer why they weren’t doing anything and he replied “I am afraid to say anything since I will get into trouble - these phones are recorded.
Mr. Rabi has told me by phone and letter that he has witnessed wrongful deaths at the FMC Lexington. Inmates are being left to die without any efforts to save their life and to provide them with emergency treatment. Inmates are dying and no attempts are made to transport them to an acute care hospital / emergency room or to save their lives. He is reporting the doctor treating him as being evil and operating under her husband’s license (Dr. Morrero). He reports it is a big cover up inside the walls of the FMC f-4 unit. He asked that I contact Senator Hillary Clinton to request a formal investigation of this horror show.

Mr. Rabi reported they had locked in a room by himself in 90 degree temperature without ventilation and a semi-oxygen tank for breathing – He believed his oxygen lung capacity diminished by over 50% and continuing to drop. He reported to be suffering from significant pain and discomfort and believed the staff was not only treating him with deliberate indifference to his medical needs, they were purposely denying treatment and causing deaths. Mr. Rabi even told me a nurse made a comment to him “that he was Next”. He believes the Doctor treating him is incompetent and that she is deliberately prescribing medicine that is worsening his condition. Mr. Rabi refused to take the medication which is worsening his condition and he stated this Doctor already killed 8 people. He also told me that she was working under her husband’s license. Since Mr. Rabi was struggling to breathe and to talk to me, it was difficult to understand everything he was saying but if you can get a transcript of the phone records you can re-confirm the statements I am making. You will be able to confirm the inmate’s medical condition did not sound “stable”.
I made many phone calls to the caseworker and attempted to talk to his Doctor and the Warden but they were never available. The staff continued to tell me that Rabi was being cared for properly and they described Mr. Rabi’s condition to be stable. They stated Rabi was in good care and had nurses and staff ect but this was completely opposite of what Mr. Rabi reported when he called. I honestly believe that Rabi is severely ill and that his civil rights are being violated and that there is a cover up. I also believe other inmates inside the F-4 unit are being denied medical care and the Doctor and staff are deliberately mis-treating these inmates to cause death.
I contacted Danny Smith from the District Atty’s office in Lexington but he refused to investigate this and instead told me he was on the prosecutor’s side and to contact Mr. Rabi’s atty. I thought this to be a bit odd since I was told that his office could step in and investigate if inmates were not receiving proper medical care the FMC Lexington.
I am attaching a signed and notarized statement from Mr. Rabi authorizing me to assist him in. Mr. Rabi does not have the ability to speak in full sentences without stopping every few seconds to gasp for air and to rest his lungs before he can speak again. Mr. Rabi has made it very clear that he wants me to speak on his behalf. Mr. Rabi is also afraid he will go into a coma and will not be given life Support (which he Wants).
If Mr. Rabi dies at the FMC Lexington, I am REQUESTING that the FBI investigate his death as a homicide. I want to be notified, I want autopsy reports and I also want to be given the option to request an outside autopsy and legal counsel before any decisions are made.

I never knew the FBI was based out of NM. In fact that's the same town as this crazy jane lady. What are the odds?!?

Anybody received mistreatment at FCDC? Do you know someone who has? The news was full of civil rights violations. Who are these people.

I don't understand your post. The fbi letter was addressed to lexington ky and I live on the west coast.
Why are you trying to turn this around? I have a very serious concern about what I have witnessed and I want others to know. Take it or leave it

For the past year I have posted comments about the Scandal that I encountered when my friend was brutally tortured in the Lexington FMC Prison 1 year ago.

I have no motive to post this information for personal gain.

My motive is strictly to bring awareness to the local, state and national community that you as citizens need to wake up and look into your government.

Please be aware of a possible abuse of the good ole boy network that is running your prison system like a nazi germany.

Please wake up and look into the injustice within your local/ state and national government.

It is not TOO LATE, to get involved and assure that the constitution and the democracy of the United States is being honored.

If you choose to be a coward and assume I am trying to bash republicans of bush than you are a failure to our next generation.

Don't listen to the cowards that respond to posts here. Most are paid posters.

Look into your own heart and if it doesn't seem right then STAND UP - LIKE I DO

It is not just in the prisons in Kentucky. It is every where and right in the local jail of Nicholasville Kentucky, inmates are being denied proper medical treatment. They are crimals so everyone thinks they do not deserve any type of proper care.
