kentucky haveing legal herb?

Louisville,ky is passing the use of legal marijuana.the news gave detailed info that pot will be a 2nd digree controlled substance.when will the herb shops be open is unclear butt in afew more months herb will be legal!!!!!

I think legalizing Mary Jane and using it instead of Prozac and other behavioral medicines would be great I know people who can't function around large groups of people unless they hit a bowl before hand... Not to mention that it is natural and causes less side affects than medicine they pump into people now a days... Legalize it !!!

Wait a minute, this is a GREAT STEP FORWARD...... BUT, A 2nd degree controlled substance DOES NOT MEAN IT WILL BE LEGAL, it means it will be legal/decriminalized for MEDICAL USE ONLY........ Schedule 2 is the same category as Morphine, Cocaine, Oxycodone, and HOPEFULLY SOON CANNABIS!!!!!!!!

WHOOP WHOOP~ It's a step in the right direction but Schedule 2 does NOT mean it is legal for everybody to toke up....... You gotta have a prescription and with the TIGHT ASS DOCTORS in Kentucky it might be hard to get one, just like Oxycodone!

Ya last week the bill hit Louisville took only mins to decide should be around or after December 2013.I myself been very open to herbal med.I would rather smoke a jay then take a pain pill.I don't know about the rest of this city but I hope every one will atleast be open minded about it I have a bad eye problem but when I smoke I see way better with no bad side effects but a case of munchies..

I'll do my best to let every one know what's going on.I hope the people who reads this gives good feed back.if anyone doesn't like the idea would still like to hear your concerns.thanks every one

I think it would be good if Kentucky legalized it bc it might stop other drug use or at least slow it down. However, it's been said that pot is a gate way drug. Which means that by smoking pot u end up wanting to use other drugs. That's bc over time the high one gets goes away, to feel it one would have to consume more each time to feel the way they did the first time doing it.
But, u never hear people dieing from pot. People die every day from other "drugs".
However, I don't consider pot a drug bc it's not man made like pills are.
That's just a little over site of my thoughts about this topic.

Really? I never knew that...... I always wondered why so many people from Kentucky would drive to FL to get pills if they can just get them in their home town.......

go back and reread what you saw. Clark is working on legislation to be introduced in Jan 2013.

At what price? do we have to render are weapons? Don't get too happy people! I'd rather have my guns! Thank you big government. The reason that marijuana is not legal is because the government is not making a profit on it. Before you go get a marijuana card think about what is tied to it. In my opinion marijuana should never have been illegal.

You all are missing the point! Pot should be legal for all. You never hear about pot heads starting wars or fights. That's because pot does not make one self violent. People with bipolar smoke it to calm down. Truth be told, pot would make the world a better place with less violent people. One day this known fact will be realized and it will become legal for all. Till then keep praying for it.
