Soccer and other sports in Jessamine County

What is going on w/ the city-county parks and rec?? Why has it been so difficult to find someone to run this orginization that actually cares about it?? Someone who has the ambition to put together a panel that will solicit donations for field upkeep (the soccer fields are just "begging" for a broken ankle), donations for a new concession building,and bathrooms that actually WORK!!! The fee for ONE child to play soccer for a seaseon is now $95.00!!!!! Where does the money go???? I know what a ref makes per game and the number of games x's the number of refs does not even come close to the $95.00 each of the hundreds that sign up to play. Coaches are volunteer, so I say again, where does it all go??? Now it has been said that the YMCA will be taking over? WHY!I am in the process of seeking out the apropriate people I need to speak to regarding this matter, but would like some more insight and opinions.

Look no further than Donnie Welch. He has ran for every office but dog catcher! But he failed to show for the city meetings when he was comminisoner. Yet he never missed a paycheck. It is all a joke they want your money honey.

Judge Executive Neal Cassity would be a good contact person. He has always been very involved in the kids sports. He has been a big help in getting the boys baseball and girls softball fields set up.

when is it ever going to happen that we get help at the so called up on the hill football field.i feel it is time to step it up and clean up. after doing so just maybe we can start having other surrounding teams come to play for tournaments and bring money back to the field. we need nicer and newer things for our kids to look forward to.

by the way what about the money we pay for our kids to play and not just that but we also pay to get into every game. and i really dont see where the money goes. my kid only wants to come back each year because of couch dwan taylor.we need more you men like him that has made a difference to keep up the good work couach.
