Get a motorcycle loser, then you won't be sitting traffic wasting gas and time.
Go ahead and open a door if you have the guts. You'll go to jail and get you ass kicked as well.
if you knew the law you would know that lane splitting is legal on a motorcycle. Your backup would be a lot longer if every motorcycle was sitting in traffic. Talk about trds for brains.

look, you're both right, it's legal but very risky, I never do it unless there is some very unusual traffic problem and even then I do it carefully and as little as possible.

I use to do it until one day a friend of mine was rammed into just because a driver didnt use his blinker! Although he wasn't badly hurt Thank God, his bike repairs cost him plenty. As a rider myself, it should be againt the law!

Lane splitting is a risky proposition but if you're on a bike with an air cooled motor it can sometimes be necessary.

And by all means poser - try your door trick. When the rider or next of kin gets done with you, you won't be able to afford internet service. Oh Happy Day!

This is all great. The only thing you missed is the inconsiderate people doing 40 in a 55 on highway 20 while refusing to use the turnouts. Funny how you NEVER see the revenuers pulling people over for holding up lines of traffic.

Agree. It's maddening. No consideration for others. Do the speed limit, or kindly pull over. What is so hard about that?

I did see a CHP pull over a truck on Hiway 20 between Kit's and Glasgow. He had a mile of cars behind him and was PO'd for getting pulled over.

Some say that it is Hy.29 on this side. But then thank my GED for that.
