Apparently a peace officer, not reported it. It wasn't the law enFARCEment that is run by Mitchell. According to the special investigator I talked to Wiley was found twice with the child porn on his thumb drive, so he was discovered twice before he was turned in. On his thumb drive he was sharing it IN the courthouse. Perhaps Judge Mann would like to address your question of exactly WHO he was sharing it with. And WHY was it kept secret and no public outcry? Well, when you are acting like a group, you know like the 15 rapists in Oakland, you don't advertise it. You see, THEN there would be public outcry BEFORE the incident happened. Why would Wiley's friends at the courthouse ruin what they thought was a "good thing"... but then you would have to ask the people involved. Some can't speak, but others have. I have a list of names. Then again, if I told here, they would be harder to round up in the final justice.
Let's just watch how the race issue is shown... and then on to the bigger fish at the fish fry. I told you I was good at fishing and there is a hook and a net. Both work. Some have swallowed the hook so deep they can sit on the line until they are reeled in and the others? That is what the net is for. Yes, AND the internet too. LOL!
Wiley, like the rest, need to be tagged like Grizzlies and put to work to be a part of the solution. Rotting in jail? Why should we pay another $50K to $60K to put them in low income housing?

Wiley and his fiends are detached from reality and humanity. They, like Perdock, Mitchell and Hopkins destroy without remorse and use the taxpayers money to do it. They need to pay retrobution by working off their debts to society. Not voting for them isn't enough. They need to be accountable and responsible for what they have done. Judge Mann? He isn't going to retire. He is going to get to work for the first time in his miserable life and lazy life. Once he is on his knees, maybe then he will look up and see God like the rest of them. It is about time.

He should be bagged, tagged and put to work in community service for the rest of his life. He gave the kids a life sentence and why not him paying back society? I mean give him a spoon and let him dig a hole for a swimming pool. He has dug a hole for himself he can't get out of and it is of no use to anyone. He has to register, but for reasons obscure to me persons convicted of possession of child pornography are not put on the public website. That law changes January 1st.

The bottom line he is out and among our children. From the government that cares but you are going to have health insurance, maybe.

Honestly does it matter if he registers? I recently found out that my new neighbor is a register sex offender for offenses like sexual penetration with a foreign object with a child under 15 and rape by force. I checked MegansLaw regularly but that didnt stop him from moving to my neighborhood and there isnt anything I can do about it. I can keep my kids from going to his house (I dont let them go to anyone's house that I dont know) but I am concerned for the young kids living in his home now. I think all of these offenders should be shipped off to some island or isolated place where they cant hurt anyone but themselves.

I feel bad for you and your circumstances. At least you know who it is and can watch it. Who knows what Wiley has progressed to. Anyone know what his conditions of parole are?

There is NO compassion for the kids. I turned the informaion about the child porn that was circulated in the ranks to the DA and to Mitcehell PERSONALLY, and Perdock was one of the first to know. Then I was attacked and they set out to destroy me because I reported it. It is CLEAR they are guilty when the try to kill the messenger. On my posts I am attacked by the two who post here that SAY they are law enforcement. If they were innocent and LSCO they would ask questions, not attack. Now I have lots of evidence and it is NOT going to be turned in to te LCSO. The corrupt LCSO are in to other crimes as bad as if not worse than the victimization of children. It is frightening and sad but they are NOT going to intimidate me, although they have tried. My concern is the children and our homes. We have a right to live in safety and the LCSO is supposed to provide that, not bully the citizens and victimize our chilren.

If by "an incredible amount of information" you mean a haphazard collection of rumor, lies, and slander then I have to agree. As to the circumstances surrounding Mr. Wiley's case, no one is protecting him. The DA dismissed one count for the plea, which means that Mr. Wiley's maximum exposure went from 3 years 8 months in state prison to 3 years in state prison. So all the DA gave up was a potential 4 months (because he would get 50% credits). He was sentenced by a visiting judge, as all the local judges recused themselves. It is the visiting judge who ordered that he be allowed to serve his sentence on home detention. There was virtually no chance that Wiley was going to prison, because he has no prior record, he's over seventy, and he had no statutory bars or limitations to probation. It doesn't matter who you are or what you've done, unless you plead to a count where probation is barred by law, the first time you are convicted of a felony it is extremely unlikely you will go to prison. No one protected Wiley. The thumb drive was found by a bailiff; all the bailiffs are deputy sheriffs, this particular bailiff was a patrol deputy, Emil DeVincenzi, who was working an overtime shift. He turned it in to a supervisor because Wiley also had work product on it, stuff that may have related to clients, so the SO had to go through an elaborate process to get a search warrant which involved the appointment of a Special Master, an impartial attorney to go through the material to make sure the SO did not get any stuff related to his clients. Wiley was forced to resign from the PD contract and the state bar, in disgrace. Have you seen him lately? He looks like shit. He didn't go to prison, but he lost everything he had. Maybe that's worse for a guy like him.
