Noooo, he won't see that much time. He will plead down and most likely won't serve any time at all. Most of the Indecent Assault charges that I could research on Megan's Law were pleas down from rape charges on children 13 and under. I guess it will depend on his criminal history but I am not holding my breath. This is a serious flaw in our justice system.

U dont think 30 days in prison is enough?? its more than enough

30 days is what you get for a second DUI, it should be 30 years for these animals that like young girls. Put him in jail with about 100 men doing life, they can use him as they wish.

I did 26 months for a probation violation on a non violent crime Now thats some shit.

It isn't just Franklin County this is going on all over the United States. Sex offenders should be serving much longer sentences.
