A married man, or so he says soon to be divorced, he lives at 522 Ashton Cir. with his wife Debbie Davis and has two children Julie Davis (Syracuse University) Josh Davis (in an assisted living facility). He has defrauded to date an unknown amount of women by involving them in his beagle pack, and claiming to be a millionaire. What kind of a person does this, he should be in an institution or jail.

This is very important. http://oig.hhs.gov/fraud/ This is the office of the Inspector General, be specific and include in your report all the fraud and claims that Mr. Davis is up to. He is no doctor and he has no right to be giving medications/advise etc.
