Does the title have the VIN number on it? If so, key it into CarFax.com to see what information comes up.

yes and ive had a cop i know run it for me to see if its on the road and its not.i would like to know where he keeps his cars when he took my charger he also was working on a street rod for himself and it is gone from his shop so i know he has somewhere he puts his cars and mine is pro there to.

If you paid for the repairs in full, then you should get the car back. If not he can take out a mechanics lien and get the title. |

Thats most likely what happened. Go pay for the work done on you car and then it will give it back. cant get it back UNTIL you pay.

yes i paid him. he told me he would bring the car to where i live because he now me and my wife.and leanna im a truck driver i just got home today.

I know for a fact the total bill has not been paid by the owner for this car. He has been told many times when its paid in full, he can have his car. This has been going on for months now. All garages require full payment before receiving the car back.
