Amen Bonehead !Our tax dollars had to build City Center first then make changes to Warwick to keep CNU happy. Who's paying for all the front end alignments for our citizens cars ?Don't get me started on the millions for the Normandy/Church intersection that floods "once in a while".

this is just the beginning.
We're going to see flooding like no other if we get a good hurricane.
There has been so so so much development in the past 5 years alone .. not to mention the flooding that took place before then that still has 'yet' to be resolved. There is absolutely no place for the run off to go .. it's all asphalt or concrete and they chop, crop and cement every available bit of green that they can.
They just approved a development .. a major development in the north end.
It's a bomb waiting to go off.

I used to work in City Center, next to the fountain (the crater). One particularly rainy day the drainage got blocked by debris, and the water rose to the tops of the trash cans on the walkway in a matter of hours.
