There seems to be no doubt of this man's guilt, and his cold-blooded murdering spreee resulted in a death sentence. Stop stalling and wasting tax payers' money and put an end to him. He has lived 3 years too long (at a minimum).

I think Morva should excuted by the years end, tax payers have sufferd enough by him crimanal activity, we shouldn't have to feed him for the next 25 + years.
