Well I see that Phillip Morgan's son wants to take over Nashville now as State Representative. Phil Jr. is the son of the one who busted the co-op and left it with nothing more than a shell of a business, when it had been in business doing very well for about 50 years until they came along. Phillip Sr, Burl Roberts and Roger Templin decided to bust the co-op and throw out the older farmers who have been on the co-op board for over 40 years. Phil Jr. said he has had a business in Newport for all of these years but he failed to tell us that he and his dad, Phil,Sr.'s busines is a gambling business and that is all he has ever done. He would make a good politician I'm sure since all they do is lie and gamble with other people's lives and money. As far as being a farmer, how many farmers do you see go down the road driving a tractor wearing a sport suit and necktie. Is this all that Newport has to offer? When you put the Morgan bullies in as our leaders, we are hurting. Phil Sr. was even ask to leave West End Church to take his gun and put it back in his car. Pretty sad when you have to take a gun to church with you.

Is Morgan going to use the rest of what little money that the Cocke County Farmers Co-Op has left to stir up Nashville?

They should be hiding their faces instead of wanting the whole state to know their dirty secrets. The whole lot of them should be run out of town. They are out for theirselves and trying to trick people in Cocke County out of their hard earned money. I hope that people look at what they have and are doing before they get backing.

Well intetesting im sure, lets just say im positive, that I know them better than u . And maybe they have made money off of amusement machines no different than u playin the lottery , no difference. As for the co- op they never had a real good customer base, just farmers who didnt want shop for better supplies at competative prices or didnt have someplace to give them credit. I know the co-op situation also. The game im talking about is the game of life which I see right now u r behind and in jeopardy of losing .

The lottery has put thousands of poor kids who could never go to college any other way thru college with scholarships. I wonder how many kids have been given scholarships from the gambling Morgans. Interesting.

BULLSHIT If it were not for the farmers then who would feed your big fat a? Farmers are more important than gamblers. Is that one of little Phils jobs when he gets to Nashville to try to kill the rest of the farmers who are left They work like dogs day and night, not just lift a poker machine once in a while...Farmers, watch out when you vote. he is after your living more now than ever.

i dont shop much at the co-op but there was a lot of shady stuff going on when jimmy hensley was at the helm. missing equipment turning up being used on a board members farm, a wrecked truck being sold by hensley to the board member without board approval, an entire train car of fertilizer missing(a board members farm is on the tracks) phil sr and others mentioned put a stop to all this dishinest business in addition to stopping the practice of having special pricing for certain customers. phil sr is a good man, how he made his living is none of your business, i would be certain you are jealous anyhow. as for his son, he is an even better man! i challenge you to name one thing he has done wrong on this post and bring your evidence as well. otherwise i and i am sure most everyone else here will find you to be a lying cowardly, spineless poor excuse of a man/woman.

O.k Interesting and I use that term vefy loosely, I do appreciate all that the farmers do and I would put money that you r not one. They do feed me and my family you fu#@ dumb ass the issue is that hensely did alot more harm to the co- op than the morgans we could argue that all day the facts speak for their selves. As for the lottery sending " poor kids " to college how many cant go to college because their parents or grandparents spend the majority of their income on lottery tix this is another issue we could debate all nite long in the end it boils down to you being mad or just jealous of the morgans and u know it, the truth hurts

OK Wat-th-f and I use that term (vefy) very loosely. If the missing forklift that you talk about was so badly missing, then why did the co-op pay the Williams Bros.$2,200.00 for the repairs on the forklift. If it was stolen as they stated in the newspaper, which could have become a giant sized lawsuit for the co-op's lies, plus paid rent for storing your equipment like a pile of junk for all of those years, and when it was moved to the co-op at White Pine and sold for junk because they had nowhere else to store it, then what else should have been done with it. Phillip Morgan, Burl Roberts and Roger Trentham made up all of these lies and started all of this (BULLSHIT) simply to get Jimmy Hensley out so that he could get his son in as the C0-Op manager until it backfired on him and he had to back off. I've known Phillip Morgan since we were kids and he has never done nothing that had any work involved in it. As far as the fertilizer, how in the h-ll would the Williams' unload a trainload of fertilizer? And I'm not mad and I'm not jealous of the Morgans because I could probably buy out everything that the Morgans own if I chose to but I know enough about politics to know what the Morgans are up to if we were unlucky enough to get him to Nashville.

Well you babbling idiot, how in the he$$ do you think a major farming operation could unload a train car of fertilizer ? I am not saying that it was unloaded there but gee whiz I hope that they had access to enough equipment to unload a train car. If you can buy the Morgan's entire list of assets that they are supposed to have amassed through alleged illegal activity,(per previous posts on this and other threads), then you must have made your money illegally because honest money can never match dishonest money. Or maybe you are a boastful cry baby and do not really have enough cash to pay attention. To prove my point that you are a sh$% stirrer his name is Roger Templin and I will buy the Morgan's assets for you if you will walk up to Roger and say to him what you have posted, and stand there for the impending a$$ beating that will soon follow.

Roger Templin has a mouth as big as his ass and wouldn't step on a bug. You think I don't know him and his million dollar job of driving a truck. I know how truck drivers run their mouths, brag and chase hoe's and run around on their wives. It takes special equipment to work with train cars and you might check out your check book at the co-op to see how much wasn't paid out for the year the fertilizer was lost. I believe the farm on the railroad has paid out millions to the co-op over the last 40 years and I believe you are just doing what you do best is make up lies and tell Roger not to think that I will lose any sleep worrying about how tuff he is and if he is going to whip my ass.
