As I have said in my recent posts you have alot of the same people online trying to discredit you. The information you have provided has all checked out. You clearly have been a victim of several crimes. The sad part is those who are trying to discredit you are either friends of this Yacht Broker or this John Evans that illegally took your boat.

I have several calls into a few Federal friends that I am going to ask to look into this. It disturbs me when a police department doesn't even do an investigation into something this serious, and a twenty three year vertern detective of this same group clearly confirms in two minutes "grand theft".

We hope both you and the parties involved get together and get this resolved, it will be better for everyone.

If you are not Robert or his family, you’re as crazy as he is. Why don't you order the Court records and see that he had the vessel seized not once but twice. He owed the Marina 60k which he was served a certified letter. He calls brokers that have nothing to do with this, in fact, not even part of the company and threatens them.“Come on my side or else I will ruin your business.” Yes, this is a law abiding citizen - not. Do you know that he had his home foreclosed also, whose fault is that? The person that bought the house, no better yet the realtor. Check him out, look at Monroe County clerk records and Columbus Ohio Court Records. He is a liar, and a deadbeat. He goes around suing and harassing people to get money out of them. Next time you pick a side, you might want to do some research – there is no conspiracy here.
What the police department should look into are cyber stalking laws, taping police officers and recording the conversations and posting them online - Florida is a two party consent state by the way. Harassing innocent people on the telephone and making threats. Oh, but wait. The feds are looking into this. He did after all screw with officers now. Only a matter of time. I firmly believe that every dog has his day so shall he. I hope stripes are his color.
