I have never understood how a puppymill could be legal. It is inhumaine and laws should have been pass ages agoe. These people sell at Auctions, stores and to whomever to make a living . Pay no taxes and even, if they did it should be illegal because of the conditions. Please lets stop this abuse we have millions of dogs dieing ever day in pounds and we keep producing with no laws or limits that is insane!
