So this douchebag is complaining that the cops are DOING THEIR JOB? Too many patrols on a FRIDAY night? This loser needs to get a job.

By looking at the surroundings the video looks to be at least 3 maybe 4 years old.

Hows he an outsider? He has an Oneida County Sheriffs sticker on the window and he has a scanner with oneida county frequencies blasting in the background. Hardly an outsider.

First off, this person is a tool indeed!!!! Secondly, he has illegally tinted windows. Thirdly, that is not a sheriff's decal in the window, it is some type of shield, not a star. Fourthly, unless he is a sworn officer, it is illegal for him to have a scanner in his vehicle with those frequencies that can be heard. Now, does this person want to come forward and receive is justly due tickets? Sorry folks, no crime in being a tool, he skates on that one.

Geeze! Let's pull everybody over in New Hartford. I would love to see random stops like this on a Fri/Sat night in Utica. I'm sure 1 in 10 of these Seneka Turnpike stops turns up maybe a joint or some alcohol. 9 out of 10 stops along Genesee or James street on the same evening would turn up crack viles, AK-47's and fugitives wanted in other cities for murder. And yet on most weekends there are only about 5 UPD cruisers in the entire city limits. It looks like the local police need to allocate their resources a little more wisely.

Wow I need to send a link to speedtrap websites to show or something this is pretty bad. Look how the cops are up here trying to defend this! You can tell by the posts they wanna exact revenge BADDD!. If the Youtube poster adds "speed traps" to the description this will get thousands and thousands of hits! WOW! This guy ROX!

This is highway robbery! These cops have gone from Police Officers to Revenue Officers. Maybe this is how Earle Reed plans on making up for the lost money since he went into office! Someone should report this to the Attorney General's Office Friday or whatever day this is just a blatant rip off I suppose the cops will say that suddenly everyone started disobeying traffic laws all at once! That is definitely an old video. If you watch, just past Dunkin Donuts, you will see Roger's. The lot is full of used vehicles, for sale, and that place turned into Roger's Laser Car Wash 3 years ago. He does have some used vehicles there now, but very few, this video shows the lot being full. So yes, this is "OLD NEWS".

or a licensed amateur radio operator can have this equipment present in their vehicle while moving. So do not be so quick to judge. Why is everyone so worried about a personally recorded video uploaded to the internet.
