Jayson Mickle, owner of Hampton Pipe and Tobacco, sued the Newport News Sheriff's Office alleging unlawful seizures during a drug investigation.

I hope Mr. Mickie is able to win his law suit against the sheriff and the mayor has to pay for it.

Agreed. The only way their abuses of power can be reined in is to sue and hit them in the wallet. Make them think twice before trampling the rights of honest businessmen.
