Your dog protecting you in your home is one thing. Your dog OUTSIDE of the home, off a leash, chasing people is another. If the dog attacks a robber in your home, great for the dog. But the dog attacking someone outside of the home, and you're not stopping it? Bad for the dog. The owners don't deserve to have pets.
