Teacher pleads to pot use with teens

This teacher is not the only problem at Newport High School. There is also a principal assualting our children. My son was assualted and I have hospital records to prove it. Newport is covering this one up not wanting anymore negative publicity with all of the real estate being developed and its upcoming status.

It's absurd that smoking pot is considered a bigger crime than assault.

Go file charges against the principal yourself down at district court. fax your complaint to every news media in the area.

I am glad I moved from Newport,my ex-husband smoked pot and they were going to put him in jail. So you sell pot and give it to teens and you just have it on your record. WOW that teacher should be proud and his children must look at him as a huge looser.

I seen Mr. Oberst or however it's spelled in the 6th grade at the middle school shake a kid until his deck almost tipped backwards.. I heard he choked a kid against the locker the year before which I didn't believe until I witnessed this incident.. Then he was shaking his hand in my buddies face asking if he wanted him to punch him in the nose with his face red as hell.. It was funny yet disturbing..

I think Mr. Geotez (old vice principal) was a pedaphilic homo.. He asked if me and my dude were gay once because we went to the bathroom after lunch at the same time once. Then on a separate occasion he ran up and start patting me down hard during lunch trying to say I stole something when I didn't..

I've seen Piccirillo give some girls cigarettes then give other kids citations for them back when he was the highschool cop..Also seen him let a kid off on bringing a bong to school simply because he liked him..On the other hand he tried like hell to interview everybody he could to press terroristic threatening charges on me.Some how I ended up with two counts when I only told one person I'd put a pencil in their eye in a joking manner.Years later I heard that he was cursed with a tiny man piece which would explain some of his ongoing anger towards people he don't like.. Hes the vice principal at nms now..

We had an I.S.D teacher at the middle school who was molesting kids for I think around 15 years. I could keep going on but you get the point..We got some people in our schools teaching when they should be mopping the floors. The ones who arnet crazy really don't teach either.. Most of em make you read a lesson in a book and do the work while they draw pictures or whatever they do..

Piccirillo is a good guy, used to let us smoke after lunch all the time!

The article's down. Was it about Brandon Hall? I just got finished with his math class for the second year before they arrested him. It was funny seeing him walk by the cafeteria with the cuffs on.

What about Rosemary Turner giving boys money, and her credit card with the pin number to withdraw money from her account. Iam sure that she is broke now She hated the females and would stalk the boys. I can't be mad though because a lot of her money was used for partying which I took part in for free. I am so suprised she was never fired or anything because everyone seen her around town and she was even the discussion among other teachers at school saying how horrible she made the system look but the guys were never going to turn her in with all the clothes, shoes, and money that they got out of her. EWWWW NASTY

You are right about Mr. Pic but he ws ok although Mr.Goetzs definely was a little weird. I got the feeling myself that he liked touching the guys on the football team although he didnt touch me. He let the football players get away with murderin school.

Last Summer when the Freshman Football team was practicing. A freshman Kid Was Injured during a routine practice but, when he tried to tell the coach Mr. Pic that he couldn't move because he was hurt and couldn't get up he was advised from pic to get the hell off the field. He didn't believe him (Or Something) The coach continued practice with the remaining players .
All Awhile This poor boy who was hurt dragged himself off the field. Newport didnt even have a nurse on duty like they are supposed to at any and all practices. and Games.
Lucky A Father of one of the football players who just happens to be a nurse, was there watching his son practice, He stepped up to the plate and assisted this hurt young man until the ambulance arrived The 9Th. grade student was badly hurt. He had a lacerated kidney among many other injuries. He was in the hospital for 1 or 2 months I heard he almost died.
To me in my opinion, this man they call Piccirillo, Isn't a very responsible human being. If he were he would have stopped the practice and make sure the this kid was ok. instead he acted like nothing even happened and continued playing.
I was in the stands that day and seen it all unfold.
Also some on the kids told me that sometimes the coaches wont even allow them to get a drink of water. Haven t they heard of all the deaths around this country about all the poor young football players who have died from heat exhaustion
Wise up all you coaches out there and give these kids water whenever they need it. Do you want that to be on your conscience if they die from dehydration? so give these boys drinks when they need one.

Hmmm sounds like someone has a personal vendetta.
I don't know if the facts are entirely accurate.
I have never heard this story as you describe it, that doesn't make it untrue but I do know a few team members and not only can they drink water but it is insisted that they drink it.

Mr. Hall was one of my teachers and he was like 23, he was still in his college years, so what if he smoked pot a few times with kids, and I think it was the kids pot and they were almost 18... Don no body say nothin bout allt hese parents who be smokin with their kids.... Whats the difference??

Pot is illegal no matter what age you are. And almost 18, what does that mean? You are right there isn't any difference in what he did and parents smoking with their "children". Those parents should be arrested too.
Mr Hall's age played a part in this too because he wasn't much older than them, but he was still the adult in the situation and a teacher.
