They are at more board meetings then one of the other current board members. Go Sizemore's!! I love it.

I heard that there are parents that are getting together to help get them on the board.

Who are Bill and Cassie?

Cassie and Bill are both well-schooled for the position of school board members. They have both worked hard for Newport kids and parents.

Cassie is the daughter of former Newport principal Jack Patterson. Jack was the best principal in Newport.
Cassie volunteers and works hard for all the students of Newport, regardless of school, she is always there to lend a hand. She has a head for what is right for the kids and parents in Newport. She has the understanding of how a school works, inside and out.

Really? As is what? Fill us in? I did not think anyone in Newport with the exception of McCafferty liked the Parsons.

Not true. I would not say they were "way too involved", they were interested (like many) in what the Parsons had to say in the beginning of that ill-fated fiasco. But Bill and Cassie are very, very, VERY different. I'd vote for them!
