Nickie was very lucky that the man wasn't armed but how could he be when he was naked except for Nickie's leather jacket? Why plead not guilty when you were caught inside someone's home when clearly you are not invited? This guy is clearly stupid.

Nick is a badass. I know so, I learned this from his movies. It's this guy's good fortune Nick didn't pump him full of lead, Lord of War style. I think Nick was probably concerned about damaging his leather jacket.
