NuLink TV reception

Hi-

I'm a management engineer at Fox5Atlanta, WAGA. I have no reason to believe otherwise but I am interested in knowing if our channel comes across clearly on the NuLink system in Coweta. Do all Atlanta channels come across well?

Yes, it comes through fine on my tv.

I have complained repeatedly to the customer service department at NULink. They are continuously for the past several months stating that the volumn flickering and picture flickering or Yellow Screen is not an issue from their side... it is an issue from the signal of the low-band TV stations themselves, signal comeing to NULink... NOT NULink equipemnet issue... This is BULL... NULink has a problem with the equipement they use and they simply do not care. If you remember when NULink took over from Newnan Utilities, they even mailed out a letter stating that there would be no change in service nor would they increase the price of the service.... 6 months later the bill went up 15-20%, but their service is even worse than when it was Newnan Utilities. There was not an audio or picture issue of flickering when Newnan Utilities provided the service. They do not want to even send out a technician when you call and complain... They just keep repeating over and over that it is not a problem on their end, it is the signal they recieve. I had to get down right rude with customer service to get a tech out to my home, to have the tech tell me that there is nothing he can do, and how they have looked at upgrading some type of equipement they used, and thought it would fix the problem, but it still exists, and they are working on it.... Funny you get a different answer from as tech guy than you get from customer service. I think NULink is duping the people of Newnan and Coweta, and offering a poor quality service.

This is the worst cable service I have ever tried to watch. Your channel has never been 100% since we moved here in May 2009. I have never experienced the problems with signal reception this bad even when I was with Direct TV or Dish Network. This company has major problems and does not care. I long for the day for good ole "rabbit ears" and my antenna.
