True, not illegal. Those codes do need some work.

Jefferson Davis belongs to your party.
Florida's holidays also include Robert E. Lee's Birthday; Lincoln's Birthday; Susan B. Anthony's Birthday; Washington's Birthday; Shrove Tuesday; Good Friday; Pascua Florida Day; Columbus Day; Flag Day; and Veterans Day.
Gee whiz you sure are trying hard to prove that there is no racial animus in Florida.

The Racist History of Sanford, Florida

As the world focuses on Sanford, in the wake of Trayvon Martin’s murder it has been revealed the Klan allegedly is still active there. The police department has been accused of corruption and blatant discrimination against Sanford’s citizens of color including dubious investigations by the department in the murder of at least three other Black men in recent years.

But, the murder of another Black man and his wife in Sanford – five years after Jackie Robinson was run out of town – and decades before the Trayvon Martin tragedy – shook the Black community of Central Florida to its core.

Harry Tyson Moore was the founder of the first branch of the NAACP in Seminole County, Fla., the county Sanford is located in. Moore, who was a teacher worked tirelessly for equal pay for Black teachers in public schools, filed lawsuits against voter registration barriers for Blacks, investigated lynchings and eventually became the state secretary for the Florida chapter of the NAACP.

From 1944 to 1950 Moore’s work led to an increase in Black voter registration in Florida to 31 percent of those eligible to vote, higher than any other Southern state.

Moore was a bold “race man,” and because of his relentless methods he was dangerous in the eyes of many in the White community.

So much so that on Christmas night of 1951, the home of Moore and his wife Harriette Vyda Simms Moore was fire bombed. It was the couple’s 25th wedding anniversary. Moore died on his way to a Sanford hospital and his wife died 9 days later of her injuries.

After their deaths, firebombing became a popular method of White racist intimidation in the South.

No one was ever indicted in their murders. However, in 2006 the state of Florida concluded the Moore’s were murdered as a result of a conspiracy by the Central Florida Ku Klux Klan.

Just some more 'history'. That belongs to Florida.

In 1975, he graduated from Harvard Business School in the top 5% of his class. At the same time, he also graduated from Harvard Law School, cum laude
They fit your guidelines.
It's the underlying liberal bias in most universities and public schools that can't be denied.

Sure, that's not what history says but we know you don't give a crap about that.

Its how the history SHOULD have been that matters to you.

When you find the number for the US, get back to me. Then break it down to part time without benefits. He's a money maker, not a job creator.
Liberals just don't understand the economy. When the economy grows and businesses are created and not punished for success, everyone benefits. Job creation follows a robust, business friendly environment.

Obama has created an anemic economy that is antagonistic toward success in every way possible. He doesn't seek an equal playing field, but equal outcomes. In Obama's world, the slacker should live just as well as the person who works 60 hours a week, goes to school, starts his own business, and makes a lot of money in the process. It is illogical.

Capitalism is the best system in the world. No other system provides as many benefits to more people. As Winston Churchill said, "The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings; the inherent virtue of socialism is the equal sharing of miseries." The former is far superior.

Ancient history. Don't you know that most Floridians are transplanted Yankees now?

You could probably find heinous racism in every state if you look far enough into history. We no longer live in those days. Most people don't care what color a person's skin is.

None as long as stupid people like you buy into the proposition that you only deserve the evil of two lessers and allow those lessers to make the rules that block third party opposition.

Who was the democrat in the Clinton administration who stuffed documents from the national archives down his pants? And then got away with it?

Hasn't anyone else besides me wondered what he was hiding?

And hasn't anyone else wondered why the liberal media wasn't all over that story? If it had been someone in the Bush administration....

When Romney is elected, it will probably take a year or so for our economy to start recovering from Obama's damage. Don't worry, though. I'm sure the Dems will say that Obama's trillions of wasted dollars in spending finally kicked in.

Democrats, on the other hand, stand only for what is right for Democrats.

That's pretty harsh, don't you think? It's not stupidity that has kept the two party system. People are just accustomed to it.

History also documents Saddam's impeding the inspections by the UN.

Hope and Change! Transparency! A new way of doing business in Washington! Uh, not so much.

Emails prove that the Obama admin bribed big pharma to support Obamacare:

“I don’t want to learn how to play the game better, I want to put an end to the game playing,” Obama vowed.

"As part of the final deal, PhRMA agreed to support health care legislation, spend millions on ads promoting it, and agree to $80 billion in savings and taxes to help finance the bill.

In exchange, PhRMA not only ended up with a law that promised to provide it with millions of new customers, but protected it against policies contemplated by Democrats that would have been harmful to their profits, such as introducing a government plan into the Medicare prescription drug program, allowing rebates for drug purchases through the program and drug re-importation."

Seems to me you've got it backwards. It was the liberal media who were trying too hard. They didn't know Florida has two time zones and called the election long before 75 percent of the votes were in.
You can't deny it. They ended up with huge amounts of egg all over their faces.
Nice tangent.

What it actually has do with the election is beyond me. I realize you wingnuts like to give the Real Media an oversized proportion of influence, but I'm pretty sure the RM didn't have much effect on the recount in Florida.

You need to spend more time on this thread.

Ok, which one of you non-racist conservative racists wants to explain how the blacks folks are dragging this country down with the very same handouts you white folks are getting?

Ok, maybe not racism. Just a ton of hypocrisy.

Sure, their platform's fine, they're just lying through their teeth with it. Since Ike given a chance, they increase spending. Since Reagan given a chance they increase the debt by magnitudes not percentages. Since Bush given the chance they haven't seen a country they don't want to invade and occupy (see Romney/McCain campaigns).

Meanwhile, Gary Johnson's poll numbers translate to the support of 12,000,000 eligible voters. That seems like quite a bit doesn't it? Yet he's got less than half the requisite support just to get a podium at the debates. Really? You need the support of over 30,000,000 eligible voters just to get into the debate? That's more than half the votes McCain got and almost half of what Obama got for the win.

Who makes those rules?

Do you really feel you're being represented?
