I have read thru all these blogs, and feel sick to my gut after reading some of them. I don't know what makes ppl think they have the right to pass judgement on others! Only God can do that! And I think God is smilling and shinning down on Tia, because she is doing his work. Why should anyones past matter? You ppl need to get head out of your ass! I rescued one dog (shepard/pitt mix)and I know first hand, it was a tremendouse amout of work. So much so that I almost gave up and took her back to the shelter. Thank goodness I didn't! This dog become one of the best dogs I could have ever imagined! It took alot of time and especially ALOT OF LOVE! So I know first hand.......Dogs as well as ppl. do change with LOVE.

Thanks shell!
These dogs didn't choose to fight, be abused, or for that matter.....even be born! It was rotten ppl. who made them this way! Tia is giving these dogs as well as the men who are on parol a second chance. I say give credit where it's due!
Everybody has made mistakes in life, but how many ppl. honestly try to help others?

I don't know if you guys heard bout the pit bull out here in california last week there was a pit bull that got hit by a car and it managed to get to the side of road and along come two teenage boys and they started beating this Poor dog nearby worker seen and ran to chase the boys away..I was infuriated when I heard the story the guy saved the dogs life . I do not understand how anybody could think to do this to any animal!! They are still looking for these two but when they do they they will I am sure get a slap on the hand maybe they should make these two example on how wrong they were and punish to fill extent of the law ! If this was done more often it might not happen as often!

Seriously? Where are you people from? Who are any of us to judge a person or their families? Because you are a parolee or a drug addict this makes you a piece of S**T? Nope, don't think so...She is doing right by the dogs - something that most people wouldn't do. I have 2 pits and trust me - my dogs are well trained, well behaved and people cross the street when I walk them...I may as well be waving a loaded gun at them. This is what's wrong with this country - everyone is better than everyone else...Give the woman and her family a break and let them take care of the dogs.

If Tia and her husband make so much money then would her husband go and steel to screw up his parole and go back to jail. Everyone posting on this website keeps talking about how great Tia is for taking care of these pits and giving them all a new life which in my opinion is an amazing thing, if u guys watch the tv show you would understand thy AJ is the one that started the parole's program so not only are these people giving thes wonderful and greatly misunderstood dogs a second chance but there doing the same thing with these grown men who need a second chance. I think this family of mrs. Chock or whatever needs to step up her parenting skills. I'm a recovering addict myself and the only person to blame foe theses kids addiction is the kids them selves and the reason for that is because addiction is a shitty disease and no ones fault do maybe mrs. Chock should keep her mouth shut and leave this couple alone instead of being bitter that there twin boys don't like her cuz she probaly sux leave this couple alone there life savers I wonde what this chock both does to make a difference in the world. Hell I wonder If Chock whore has ever done anything selflessnin her life, my guess says no

I agree so much with u shell the word parolee or the words drug addict are word that scare people and they pass judgment within seconds, it's not much different from the word pitbull. As soon as people here the word pitbull they are already thinking "that's a nasty dog" just like the parolees on the show I wish people would stop judging people by lables and instead get to know the person or the dog in this case by I guess we wouldn't be human then

Aren Marcus Jackson has been officially charged on felony counts and is currently waiting his next court date on the 26th (inmate locator) in the LA County slammer. Jackson is on a no bail hold for $950,000.00 (that aint chump change). Jackson married Tia Torres owner of Villalobos Rescue for Pit Bulls about a year ago, and ever since he's been busy making a name for himself amongst the young adults of Agua Dulce, Acton, and Palmdale. Tia has been unavailable for comment other than to show her disatisfaction with those she "believes" reported her husband to his parole officer. Neighbors are outraged that such things are going on right under their noses, as are many parents who found that their kids learned more than how to clean cages while visiting the Torres family at the compound.
I wish you much sucess in getting your husband back for you and your kids sake. I appreciate what you guys are doing, cuz God created all animals perfect. I kno personally about the justice system and would like to say stay strong, focused and on top of things, Blessings!!!

The word or name "Pit Bull" is the "N word" of the dog world.

The simple fact is the term has innocent animals put down.(as in killed)

Unless you ARE one or OWN one you shouldn't be allowed to use the term and feel comfortable.

And the problem with that is? They all need to be put down, As in killed. So get started.

I think these boys should be punished to the full extent!!
when young children abuse animals it is a sign of them having serial killer instincts. If you have watched any movies about serial killers, they have all started with abusing animials.

I agree most people who abuse animals, will eventually abuse children and others. I think the laws should be stricker for animals abuse, and they should make them get help.

Bridgette, I too have seen Tia with her animals. I know that a women like Tia could never harm a child. I do not know why it is that people feel the need to blame someone else for their failing to handled their children. I can remember my parents riding me, I couldnt leave the house without them knowing where, who, why, how long. Today it seems that parents enable more then in the past, but when the lack of parenting begins to show it is always someone elses fault. It is either a rock band, a girl who trapped a good boy you name it a parent can come up with it. I know from living thru it that if parnets care it makes a difference. I am an exsample of it, so I agree with you Bridgette people need to stop pointing fingers and look in the mirror. If your child has a drug problem stop wasting time on blame and get them help!!! No matter what, or how hard you trie no one can change yesterday! So dont waller in it. I wish you the best Bridgette, always stand up for your beliefs. One last thing, for those people who look at Tia as someone less because her husband is in jail, should stop and read some history books. You will find thru history some of the greatest men in the world have been found to be on the wrong side of the law.

You know what I do not get, is that most people see this and do nothing. The children need to see a mental doctor, as we all know from history this is a trait of a serial killer. Well to be truthful it is also known that people who can abuse animals are also capable of sexual assualt, battery, kidnapping, murder. So I think we need o stop treating animals as a property and instead treat them and protect them under the same laws we do endangered animals. So that an abuser does jail time, not just in any old prison. One that makes them work in the dirtest, hotest, nastiest places possible so that they understand. I once watched an old man beat his dog, I waited till it was dark climbed the gate and unchained the dog. I told him to run and instead he went and sat down on the porch. No matter how much this man beat, didnt feed him he stayed loving the old man. I called the police but I was ten and they didnt want to help. so my dad kidnapped the dog and took hiim to live the rest of his life on a farm. I am happy to say that Buster lived another ten years and enjoyed milking the cow when he was thirsty. I wish I could do this for all animals, and yes it may have been wrong to dog nap Buster but it was right for him. By the way Buster is not his name before we took him.
