Agree, they had already ran an article telling us of the crash then they run this article telling us they have been identified, but no names. DN should have waited to run the article again when they had some names.

To everyone else who has commented, thank you for the love and concern! Pilot Ronald Ira Weiss will be buried at Mt. Sinai in the Hollywood Hills on Wednesday, July 22. Services start at 10am. The plane's passenger, Anthony Crippen's service will begin at 10am on Saturday, July 25 at Prince of Peace 5700 Rudnick Ave., Woodland Hills 91367.

Ron was a wonderful,caring and unique individual....i feel blesed that at some point of my life our ways crossed and he became part of my life....i can't belive he is gone!!! He will always be close to my heart!!! In that tragic moment i wish to send my deepest condolences to his wonderful family and friends. I'm planning to attend the ceremony and pay my last respects....

I am so sad to have lost my friend Ron. He was such an interesting, fun, unique person and he touched so many lives. We will all miss him dearly and I am so incredibly sad for his family. It's so hard to believe that he is gone, but we will always have great memories of him and his many talents! Ron will be missed by so many people and we will NEVER forget him.

went to elementary school with him and all the way thru high school he found me 2 years ago i did all his sunglasses i loved the guy guy how could you not im so sorry for you on behalf of many of his childhood freinds from encino elementary to you temma and marty my heart breaks for you with all my love and prayers -jw

Now that I've collapsed this afternoon after the funeral for a 3 hour nap, I'm looking again. The poster hiding behind the name "Tony" was a jerk in his comment. I take back my take back and hope he has nightmares about this tonight.

Tony I want you to know my dear friend that I am missing you and I will always carry you in my heart. Thank you for making dialysis easier for me. You helped me survive it, and you taught me a lot. I will forever keep the memories in my heart. Us together, side by side, playing games, ordering food, or upsetting the doctors. I love you Tony.
