WASHINGTON, DC, November 12, 2009 (ENS)- Emissions of carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas produced by burning coal, oil and gas, increased by 19 percent in the United States from 1990 to 2007. Yet, nationally, the rate of emissions growth has slowed, and emissions peaked in many states in 2004 and 2005, according to a new analysis of government data released today by the nonprofit Environment America.

The report finds that carbon dioxide, CO2, emissions have declined in one-third of the America's 50 states since 2004. Actions by these states to use energy more efficiently and switch to cleaner forms of energy played a role in reducing emissions, the analysis shows.

in 2006 farm animals were said to contribute to about 20% of green house gases recently epa has worked on bills wich require farm industries to not only report green house emissions but regulate the amount of pesticides being used

while there has been alot of backlash between farmers and epa we still have a long way to go

If we were actually dealing with real global warming and climate crisis, as in starvation and flooding etc. we wouldn't be debating the existence of global warming would we.
So the only thing you doomers can hang on to in your wish for misery, is the "they say" and it will happen in the future despite waiting for a quarter of a century through predictions, warnings and threats.

It's quite surprising how long this latest global myth has lasted when compared to the ones that preceded it.
But I suppose it's natural for politicos to hang on to a scare for as long as possible.
Over the years they appear to have perfected a way to dumb down the ever growing populations and control them.
We've had a few world leaders in recent years who've been among the dumbest of all time and they're the people we're supposed to look up to and meekly follow.

Yeah! The liberals have all said we humans are killing the planet ... let's starve a few hundred million ... and reduce pollution!! Sounds like a plan.
