Murder charge filed in stabbing against Renton man

So who was Danny McCauley? I used to drink with
David Funderburg & I went out with his sister for
eight years. And yes I know the other brother Rick.
That is one messed up family. I feel bad for their
Mother. It's only a matter of time for the 2 others
to get locked up & I cant wait.
Again, Who was Danny McCauley,? I hear he was a
Viet-Nam vet. that's all I hear.
Did he have family? Kids? A wife? A Mother & Father?
I sent a card to Daves mother.
But what about Danny McCauley's family.

Sad, I too knew Funderburg's from years ago. Sad isn't it.

The D.A. called & asked me questions about Dave.
In finishing I added Dave & His sister drink &
have black-outs & do stupid things (which is why
his sister Diane & I aren't together anymore)
A standard Murder 2 conviction is 10 to 18 years.
What do you think he should get?

I too know the Funderburgs well and quite honestly am saddened by what happened as we all know what alcohol and drugs do. I really wish their Mom the best. She was ever so awesome to myself and my kids when I was around them. I really think the whole thing sucks and how sad for all involved. I did not know Danny but I wish his family the best. How very sad to be dumped on the side of the road.

I think he will get 18 years just cuz he dumped the body instead of calling the police when he found him in his truck. What a dumb ass thing to do that was.

I think the whole ordeal is sad, for everyone.I have seen David twice in jail.I can't believe he did this. I have known his family for over thirty years and am praying hard for them

Today is Jan. 16th. Daves trial started today.
Let me ask you all something. When Dave woke up the next morning & saw Dannys body next to him, he
went home (his mothers house) he told his sister
Diane what had happened. The entire day goes by with Dannys body in Daves truck parked outside of his mothers house. Keep in mind! Diane (Daves Sister) is fully aware of this & she was living at
her mothers house as well!! THE ENTIRE DAY GOES BY!! Having breakfast, lunch, dinner & knowing there's a dead body right outside! I feel Diane should get a harsh punishment as well. I'm not a lawyer but isn't it a crime "Failure to to report a homicide?!" It all too sociopathic for me to
comprehend. Who knows maybe it was her idea to wait
for darkness to "Dump The Body". She should be
charged as well.

Another Full Day went By! No word from anyone,
just planning Halloween, Having Breakfast, Lunch,
& Dinner. Just another day.
I feel saddened for the victims. My heart goes
out to Patricia.

you want to talk about sociopathic behavior, well then let us first define this behavior....

Does this sound familiar...sounds more like you than my cousin David...you abuse both verbally and physically and have no remorse about it, you stalk and harrass to the point my aunt Patricia as you call her had to get a telephone restraining order on you after you left 109 voicemails in one day and made over 200 calls to her home. So now why is it you still send letters to Diane professing your love...hmmmmmm sociopath...I would say you fit the above profile really well...

Now lets talk about drinking...isn't it true you yourself have a drinking issue...maybe you should start checking your own backyard before you condem someone elses...

Did you know that since there is a restraining order on you, and now you are harrassing my family via the internet...this is an offense punishable by law? well guess what for all your slander you left your name...and of course your IP address which when tracked will provide the address you sent these emails from...Are you prepared to accept punishment for your lack of good judgement? I bet not..

You have lied to the good people reading this information, people who are looking for truth and information...not your sick sadistic revenge...You have no idea what has happened here...and you choose to speak on the subject. Please get your facts straight.

This is a sad situation for everyone involved, but I would ask one thing of everyone reading this to consider....

Panic...that would be most peoples initial reaction and a quite normal one too...just before you condem try to put yourself in David's shoes and his waking reality.
