If it had been a non-police officer who shot his gun off and there were witnesses, there would already be an arrest.

Seems like it is going to be swept under the carpet and he will get away with this. Wonder how much more he has gotten away with? Corruption with the Placer County Sheriffs seems to run rampant.

Like I mentioned on another posting, California's DOJ should get involved in this cover up! If he is part of internal affairs, who is going to investigate him? HE is actually investigating other officers? If I was part of Placer Sheriff's Dept I would be pissed if he investigated me! How is he going to investigate himself? Give me a break!

Guess we will never know what has happened to this police officer. Probably got totally away with it.
