This is a ridiculous action by the city. Someone is trying to prove something...or maybe the envelope was not thick enough????The Newark fire code officials and Inspectors for CO's are a joke..They arbitrarily fail and pass people as they see fit. A few years ago when the market was hot you had to wait for 3 months to schedule an appointment and pray to the gods you passed on the first time or else you would have to wair again....THOSE people are Incompetant!!!!!
