Two East Bay residents were arrested early this morning after a high-speed chase that started in Newark ended with a crash in Hayward.

I wonder if the driver even had a drivers license it was probably his drugs too, he probably pushed it off on the girl while the chase was going on,she mayby guilty too who nows but it sounds like she was in the wrong place at the wrong time hanging around with the wrong kind of guy,At any rate the guy is a stupid idiot not only did he put his life and the girls life in danger but h e put the general public in danger this type of idiot should never have a license to drive ever again.

If you take away the license they still drive anyway. They get a car and somehow manage to get the money to fill it with gas and drive with no license and no insuranc. Lock 'em up and throw away the key. That's the only way. The girl knew who she was with and what he was about. Sad part is ... she probably thought it was cool to run from the police.
