Learning Tree Academy

I was suprised to see that anyone would nominate the LMU Daycare / Learning Tree Academy for the Best Day Care award in the Claiborne Progress. I read in an article written by Marisa Anders in the Middlesboro Dally News a few months ago, stating that the LMU Daycare had been closed down without any warning. Why was the daycare shut down without any notice to the parents? This doesn't seem like it should be nominated for any kind of positive award!

I have many pictures of asbestos contamination in the LMU Learning Tree Academy.Those pictures have been furnished to a local newspaper but it seems they are dragging their feet in informing the parents of these children of the asbestos in LMU Daycare. These pictures will be published if I have to buy newspaper space for the pictures and an article that I will personally write. I have the means and the will to do whatever it takes to inform Learning Tree Academy parents of the exposure of their children to these extremely hazardous conditions. LMU sure didn't want to tell the parents why it was suddenly closed.I believe when LMU became aware these pictures were given to a Knoxville tv station they closed The Learning Tree Academy.Up to now they have avoided publication of these pictures.You can bet your last nickel they will be made public.
