Maybe it's time to start looking at the Chain of Command and making the Leaders responsible for hazing - not just the ones doing it. Who is turning a blind eye to this type of behavior? What is wrong with these people, don't they think being in a War Zone is stress enough? What happened to looking out for each other? The Army better jump on this thing a little bit faster and a little bit stonger before they lose more young lives needlessly. Get some leadership that knows how to lead and how to stop the wrong; instead of being afraid that they won't be liked.
