So Frank, what up? Hopefully you weren't using that sensitivty training when you happened upon Dick & Belle.(Oh, I forgot, you are just now in training.) How unprofessional, and then to bring your fellow Officers in on the fixation goes way beyond imagination.
Thank God for the Police Union, or they would have you "pounding a beat", or in this
case perhaps something else...

This type of behavior is pervasive in the DPD- can't teach an old dog new tricks - Alesiano will never change he will just be sure not to get caught. I am sure the woman officer who reported the harassment is going through living hell by the rest of the DPD officers. I hope she can stand tall and stay strong!! I commend her for finally speaking the truth about what goes on in that department. Ask anybody about the items on the department Christmas tree ? Vicious and nasty against many officers!

I find it ironic that Alesiano was the officer involved with the DICK Farrell scandal. Hopefully he handled it with more professionalism than he does his fellow colleagues at the DPD.

No question about it. He hooked up with his buddy Goodwin to assist in payback because Dick did catch Spies (Goodwins current wife) in several lies prior to the election she lost. She lost the election by her own actions. Did you notice that Alesiano was carful not say what they were doing with their seatbelts on but insinuated so people could imagine whatever they want? Thats to save himself in the lawsuit that will surely come of this.

Did you happen to think that the reason that Dick threw Spies under the bus was that she wouldn't sell her self to the devil as Belle attempted, and looks like she did. Do the math 1:36 am a block from Dicks home, parked in a desolate area. lights off, only one person visible at first (on passenger side)then all of a sudden a second person appears. I would say humm, or maybe I should say hummmmmmer.
