why does it take so long to bring acase like this to justice. If i just thro a newspaper on the highway i would get cited.This SDT is ovesouly dumbing somewhere else.Just because his grandfather was one of the good ole boys,and he has new clean trucks doesent give him the right to dump portolet human waste in our drinking water.Cite him now,make him post a huge bond now.
