Just last week on the Northshore of LA the KKK recruited a woman from Oklahoma and she and the Grand Wizard or whatever argued and she changed her mind about joining that fun group and he shot and killed her. Looks like Gulf Coast planners would be wise to learn
from the strategies that have been working in Florida
as they've developed plans for dealing with hurricanes.

The terrain in Florida and Louisiana are totally different....

The evacuation preparedness plans are good to apply.
Moving inland during storms is necessary and needs to
be taken seriously. For people catching cruises off
the port cities whether it's Miami, Galveston, etc. the
use of planes and rental cars is prudent.
