How come Clarinda does NOT go with the rest of america? It seems like they dont want to change with the times and they don't want to get better like it seems like we are all ready better than the rest off the world even little things like cell phone companys can't come here I guess clarinda wants to have the monopoly on everything and not even let things like walmart come to town? I just don't understand seems like they want to be like 1 big happy family! Even the cost of living here is the same as the big nice towns like phx. Even the judicial system here is strange like a paricite once they get you in the system they turn in to leeches and wont let go until they suck you dry.... WHY?? AM I missing something that makes this place so special
