Serving civil papers in Richfield, deputies find marijuana-growing operation

While attempting to serve civil papers on a 52-year-old Richfield man Saturday, Rowan County sheriff's deputies say they discovered a marijuana -growing operation behind his residence.

Legalize it and tax it. And if people do it in public or are driving under the influence fine them 500 bucks. Both ways the state gets money out of it.

I AGREE WITH YOU LEGAL THE CRAP.
PEOPLE CAN GO BUY A 5TH OF LIQUOR WHY NOT MARIJUANA. WHAT'S THE DANG DIFFERENCE? LET THE STATE GET THE REVENUE RATHER THAN THESE THUGS ON THE STREETS THAT MAKE THE LAWYERS RICH.

PROHIBITION DIDN'T WORK/ LEGALIZE THE CRAP.
LET THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA GET THE REVENUE NOT THE DRUG DEALERS.
PUT THE DRUG DEALERS OUT OF BUSINESS; PUNISH THE ONES THAT ABUSE IT....
