Just wanted to let all who may rent a home on Panther Point from Jay Hoffner...He will promise you that he will stay there 2 wks out of the year..that his apartment downstairs is a separate property..well after the first month in the home,,he, his son and his piece stayed there 3 wks a month..this went on until October..the electric bill was $400 a month..call Union power and there were not 2 electric boxes..we pd his electric the whole year..plus had to put up with him and all his family coming staying when ever how ever long they wanted to....I had to call the cops on him for being drunk and belligerent....he drinks everyday of his miserable life.....Im just letting all of you know,,DO NOT BELIEVE A THING THAT COMES FROM HIS MOUTH! He would take my husbands tools and when he would ask for them back only b/c we learned to ck the back of his truck everytime he was there...He actually had the nerve to say, "can u prove they're yours!"...It is an amazing fact that we had a box trailer there with a broken door, flat tires we never moved the whole year...24 hours after we went back to get it last...WHAT DO U KNOW! IT IS GONE!! AND JAY HOFFNER WAS THERE AT HOME..SO in my life 2+2=4...and he had the nerve just now to say, "I think u stole it!!!!!" My husband works 15 hrs a day, unlike mommas boy Jay...who does nothing..but call his momma to clean his apartment...its really a shame...DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN..HE IS A THIEF AND A LIAR!
a funny story, when I called the law on him to make him shut the hell up, he had the nerve to say the next day, "It says in my lease u can never call the law on me, get out!" LOL...may I just ask,,,who in the hell would sign a lease from anyone in the world stating that...LOL....He lives in another zone...and believe me,,he's way out there! take heed people...he will get u...I just can't wait to see what he does now!! We have your number....even the law think you stole it lil J....
