I would highly recommend Omalley builders in Horizon Meadows. He recently started building on the last 15 lots in the subdivision. The subdivision is 95% complete and OMalley builders will give you the best deal for the money! Go talk to Shawn OMalley and you'll see for yourself!!!

I know he's built a ton of houses in the area and he's a good guy!! Horizon Meadows is where u want to be. Those other areas are all good, The houses are a little "cookie cutter"...at least in Horizon Meadows you get that semi-custom house and brand new!!

Horizon Meadows is the next great subdivision your saying. i just want to be somewhere where there is in a good school district, good area, nice homes, and on the up....like bluestone in the 90's...like that. the houses are really nice but i just dont know if i can afford something there...
i think the taxes are through the roof as well....i heard like over 10K....that is insane.
do you live in horizon meadows??

I've looked at that house. Nice house but needs work. Concrete is sinking and the inside wasn't taken care of plus a small back yard. Good deal for $250 but still overpriced at $289. I drove through a week ago and saw a for sale sign on another beautiful house. You should drive through. It is unincorporaed new lenox township. LW West High School and Martino Jr High im told by a very nice lady jogging while i was driving through. New lots to the east also. This is by far the nicest neighborhood in New Lenox i have found and i think we have looked at every one. We might buy a lot and build...see you in the neighborhood

Sanctuary Pointe has reasonably priced homes on estate sized lots. It really took off this year. I would check that out.

Sanctuary point is in a bad spot i feel. not a cozy neighbohood, behind walmart, and train in your backyard....not sure if that is a great spot. the homes are nice but looking more for a better location.

Homer wrote: Where's Rossmore? Has anyone ever dealt with Flaherty Homes? <quoted text> Rossmore Estates is just North of Rt 6 and just west of Parker. If you are driving east from Cedar on Rt 6 you turn in on a street called Blodgett, go up and make the first right. I agree with the original poster, this is the best subdivison in New Lenox. Small, well kept, nice mix of homes and styles, some 300K homes, some million dollar homes to the east. If I could sell my house id go move there in a minute.
