Catfish Heaven Campground

Do anyone know anything about this campground? We would like to camp somewhere we can catch some fish, but is this a nice place & do you really catch anything there? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

It is nice. My daughter went last week on a field trip and they caught several fish.

I have got to say, this is NOT the place to go for a weekend of camping. The place was neat & clean, but it strictly catered to the outside public using it's catfish ponds and swimming pool. EVERYTHING closed at 7:00 p.m., including the pool!! We went on a holiday week end at that!! The public and campers pays a price per pound for all fish caught, and also there is a charge for the public to swim. I guess all this may be the main money makers for the park. The camper spots are so close to each other, that you can not put your awning out, if another camper is next to you. Also, the spots are so far away from everything, there is a hike involved in everywhere you go. The old saying goes here, you live & learn. NEVER AGAIN!!
