I was a friend of Frank Hernandez and his family, sometimes we loss focus of our children, unfortunely this is what happen with this young man. I know that he was a human being that came to the world to be loved with compassion. Sometimes, the human nature forgets that only God should justify why we behave in the matter that we do. Please do not judge him harshly and forgive him. I loved Frank Hernandez Jr., he will always live in my heart.
