NEW HYDE PARK: Man is accused of disability fraud

I'm sure the 150K he paid yesterday was only because he got caught. I'll bet he didn't send them the check and say they made a mistake. Man, attornies try to throw a real spin on things.

I'd like to know how this guy was able to collect $7,000 a month from disability. Is it because he is from India? Do you have to be an illegal immigrant in order to get any this amount of money from the government ? I am an AMERICAN, I am on disability, have 3 kids, and get a whopping $650 a month to live on. Isn't it BAD enough that when they come here they are GIVEN a new car, a business and a home, now they also get thousands of dollars in disability a month while the REAL AMERICANS get screwed!!! What is going on here?????

So, who gives immigrant a new car, a business and a home? I never heard of that plan? How do you he is from India? He could have been born in this country, many people of Indian extraction were.

I dont care where this idiot is from he obviously isnt and wasnt disabled, its amazing when people have REAL problems no agency can help. People are loosing jobs left and right and seriously struggling to keep there heads above water and this guy is already making $168,000 and STILL feels the need to bilk the system??? GREED

1. I bet you your monthly government assistance check that Kumar is here legally and that he worked here legally for many years at a real job that required a real education.

Try to come to grips with the fact that the major cause of our country is being over-run by immigrants is because we (as Americans) have allowed ourselves to become fat, stupid and lazy.
These immigrants are hungry to feed their families and they work hard to do so.
They are not fat (they eat too little), they are not stupid (many of them are more educated than you or your kids will ever be) and they are not lazy (they work very hard and don't take the numerous donut breaks that you do when you're "working" at your job - assuming you have one).
American Arrogance and Ignorance have replaced American Honor and Ingenuity.
