My mom is melinda lindauer my mo did not mean to do this it was freak accident and she is completly devistated over it everything that everyone has brought up is truly none of there bussiness and should keep there remaks about my family and things in the past to themselves none ever thinks about her kids and husband what you all say has effects on us my baby sister does not need to hear or read these awefull comments about my mother... So sorry to hear your mother has put your family in this position. It seems the effects of reckless behavior finally caught up with her. I've heard she was sober at the time, and if this is true, one can't help but wonder what she would have done while under the influence. The fact is when she chose to use a 357 magnum to settle a problem, she tempted fate, and now must suffer the consequences. Learning to be respectful of others must begin with ourselves. I pray justice would be served for the innocent victim and her family.

she shoots and kills the owner then calls police to file a report about the dog and the owner is laying in her yard dead she didnt even ask for an abulance!

respectful,hell!!!!!your mother ought to be taken out and shot or hung from a tree in the backyard of her neighbor's house that she ruthlessly murdered in cold blood!!!!! IN fact i would have shot her myself if that was my dog or daughter she killed!!!!!!
