Agree with Angie and am also wondering who is footing the bill for these ever ongoing appeals?

If this understandably devastated family REALLY believes that their son is innocent, I would think think that they would be EQUALLY stressed out in "knowing" that there is a killer out there. Of course everyone, including Zach, KNOWS he did it. It's just that the family is (again understandably) in a state of denial.

Planet Earth calling all Witman's.

The Witman's deserve a new trial. Guess what. You were not there and do not have all the facts in this case. Only GOD, Zachary and Gregory know what happened. Once the police make up their mind they know who did it, they do not look at what is right in front of their face. If the Witman's want to fight for their son who has never wavered from being innocent, what is it to you. I support the Witman's and their son. I hope that someone out there wakes up and helps this family. If you were innocent and locked up, see how easy it will be for you to get out. That is why so many "criminals" are being freed with new DNA testing. Tell them who proclaimed their innocense how they can get the last 10+ years of their life back....since you are so smart.

Well genius...just go to the York County Courthouse and pull the file. Read the file. See the evidence that was found and used against Zach. See that Detective Goodfellow wanted nothing more than to find SOMEONE else who was responsible. Zach does not deserve a new trial...this case was much more than circumstantial, there was great physical evidence pointing to the guilt of Zach. You're right on one point DNA testing has freed numerous innocent people, however, there was DNA evidence that pointed directly to Zach in this case. |
